This episode kicks off the new year - 2010. As our very first episode we thought it was important to introduce to you to some of the show's structural changes we will be making as well as some important announcements regarding our plans for expanding our community. We do want to grow our community bigger, so if you like the show please help us spread, share with others.
You had asked if we had ideas for the show for 2010. Well, I think you should do one on hojskoles.
I am older, but I went to a hojskole (Brandbjerg) for 6 months a few years ago. I loved it! I have Danish heritage on my mother’s side, and also got to meet relatives.
There are so many different types of hojskoles that I think you would be able to show the varieties of classes offered. I will never forget my time with all those students!

Hello! It looks to be a great New Year for MyDenmarkTV… My 5 year old has asked about what kids (his age) like to do in Denmark? What kind of toys do they have? What toy shops are really cool? What is school like for kids my age? Mom’s question is what types of arts are most popular in Denmark and what are some of the traditional crafts? My husbands question: What are the “hot” professions in Denmark? So there are a few more questions… my son has a ton more but we can email more later! Thanks for the great show and we are looking forward to more fun in the new year!
